By accessing footixify.com or any associated application or API (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Footixify is an AI‑powered analytics platform that offers:

• Probabilistic forecasts for soccer match outcomes
• Historical data visualisation and comparative statistics
• Identification of pricing discrepancies ("pricing gaps") between model probability and publicly‑available market prices
• Automated match previews and narrative summaries

Our content is not a solicitation to make financial decisions. It is provided to help users understand football data and modelling techniques for educational purposes only.

3. No Financial, Investment, or Forecasting Advice

Footixify is not a sportsbook, broker, investment adviser, or financial institution. Nothing on the Service constitutes:

• Recommendation or encouragement to make financial decisions or investments
• Advice tailored to your personal circumstances
• Guarantee of any outcome, profit, or loss avoidance

If you choose to act upon information provided by Footixify, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

4. Responsible Use and Anti‑Gambling Responsibility

• We do not guarantee that any model output identifies profitable opportunities or reduces risk
• Any decisions you make remain solely your responsibility, and you use the Service at your own risk

5. Automated and AI‑Generated Content

Certain parts of the Service may be generated, summarised, or assisted by automated systems (including AI), such as match previews, narrative summaries, and analytics explanations. AI‑generated or automated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unintended interpretations.

• No guarantee is made that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose
• You should independently verify any information before relying on it
• You must not rely on AI outputs for financial decisions, wagering decisions, or any other speculative activity
• We may correct, update, limit, or remove AI‑generated content at any time

6. Compliance with Laws, Sanctions & Age Requirement

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. • Attempt to bypass, disable, or exceed any API rate limits or technical restrictions
• Redistribute, publish, resell, or otherwise make available Footixify model outputs (including probabilities, “value” indicators, EV metrics, or previews) except where expressly permitted in writing
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service

We may enforce API rate limits, throttling, and other technical safeguards. Violations may result in temporary or permanent blocking (including IP blocking), account suspension, or termination.

10. Data Accuracy, Availability, and Modifications to the Service

We endeavour to keep data timely and accurate but make no warranty that the content is free from error or interruption. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service (including features and content) at any time without liability.

11. No Warranties (Service Provided “As‑Is”)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. Footixify makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free
• We do not provide any service level agreement (SLA) and do not guarantee availability, performance, or uninterrupted access
• We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of any content, data, or outputs
• Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement are disclaimed

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any warranty that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Footixify, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

14. Subscription and Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription:

• Payments are handled by third‑party processors
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice
• You remain responsible for all applicable charges and taxes

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings (for example, your Subscription/Plan management page). Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of your then‑current billing period and you will generally retain access until that date.

No prorated refunds. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any partial billing period, unless required by applicable law.

No refunds. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all sales are final once digital access to the Service begins, unless a refund is required by applicable law.

EU/EEA/UK withdrawal right (digital services). If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK and you request immediate access to the Service after purchase, you acknowledge and consent that performance begins immediately and you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of FRANCE, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the European Union (or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections), nothing in these Terms deprives you of any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. Where applicable, you may also bring claims in the courts of your country of residence.
